if you try to download the pdf here: http://www.google.com/patents/download/Secure_and_reliable_bootstrap_architectu.pdf?id=FOYGAAAAEBAJ&output=pdf

you end up with a file Secure, which firefox thinks in a BIN. the filename in this url is only for the browser, http://www.google.com/patents/download/?id=FOYGAAAAEBAJ&output=pdf gives the same exact response.

I have had this problem with downloading other files with space-containing filenames, from numerous sites.

This is not bug 472627 because 1)it is on the network, not local, and 2)the filename at issue is not in the url.

however, like bug 472627, this is likely due to a space issue likely to be non-standard, someone should check it out. Also, i cant test in IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download a file where the filename reported by the server contains a space

Actual Results:
2)set the first word and no extention

Expected Results:
2)get the full name with extention if it exists
This is in 90% a dupe of bug 221028. I can't check because I get a 404 for both URLs, marking as dupe but a downlaod window for a PDF is in most cases done via content-disposition header
