Litmus test case: 6164 Build ID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3 ** Seen on latest trunk build as well Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the Preferences | Advanced | Encryption | View Certificates | Authorities Tab 2. Ensure there is at least one certificate saved on your profile. 3. Highlight/select the latest a site for any certificate (should be the line with the +/- box to the left. 4. Try to click on the View,Edit,Export and Delete buttons. Actual Results: Buttons are enabled, but they're not usable unless an actual certificate is selected. Expected Results: Buttons should not be usable/enabled at all. In other words, they should be grayed out.
