I have a set of bookmarks in a group - I use these to reopen my most visited / needed sites when I first start firefox.

In recent version and in the current beta 3 release of firefox 3.1 - I get the unusual problem.

Start firefox - and first thing I aim for with the mouse is the Bookmarks menu and navigate to the folder of bookmarks I want to open.

Quite frequently - firefox rather than display the menu shows the popup window which is used to bookmark a site.

This only happens once on startup if pressing the Bookmark menu as soon as firefox starts.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a group of bookmarks in a folder (not necessary but thats my scenario)
2.Start Firefox
3. Click on Bookmarks as soon as firefox starts
4 Popup window appears rather than menu more often than not (not always)
fixed for b4
