This is presently the MOST annoying problem I have with firefox.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Bring up bookmarks in side bar
2.  Try to move a book mark by drag and drop to a different location
3.  Do in main firefox window, or in managebookmarks window, result is the same
After you restart firefox, the move has been made, but at the cost of having to
   wait for firefox to reload.
I have a rather large set of bookmarks.



May be related to other bugs about moving bookmarks, but not expressed exactly the way I have expressed it.  There is definitely a problem there.
