Initial browser can't be minimized after another window is opened and closed

Details
The problem occurred on a Windows machine with build ID: 2000080712. When the
browser initially opens and you open another window (File --> Open File) then
close that window, the initial window can't be minimized. When you click on the
minimize button it immediately goes away as expected but immediately appears
again. This doesn't occur with the initial window but only when another window
is opened and then dispatched.

Have experienced the same once today, using the M17 (winNT) build. However, I
wasn't able to reproduce this feature (and still am not). I don't remember
whether I did open and close a second window before it happened, either. Now I
am using/testing build 2000081020, and this problem has not occured to me (yet).
Anybody else experience this? Been able to reproduce?
