We're getting enough Bugzilla-specific bloggers out there that it's probably worth having a separate instance of Planet with just Bugzilla stuff on it, just like MozillaMessaging is doing for Thunderbird. Max can probably pull the config from bugbot for the RSS feeds that are dumped to #mozwebtools and see if there's any Bugzilla-specific ones in there that I'm missing.
People that need to have access to edit this will need SVN accounts. I'll do the base setup, though.
