As a followup to bug 459680, try to preserve database properties when IMAP moves are done. This probably only means for the local mork database, as there is no practical way to do this for the online storage.

Same basic plan as local
this looks right, and you've nimbly avoided a few pitfalls. But I haven't run with the patch :-)
I think the label stuff should go at some point, but that's not your problem...
