486022 - Changes needed to "Report Abuse Overview" on Affiliates page

Hi all:  I am creating bugs for some of the glitches Rolo found on affiliates and elsewhere.  I realize they are pretty insignificant but creating a bug to make sure they make it over to the live site.

1) There needs to be a line break in Affilaites Program Abuse Reporting - before the 3rd paragraph starting "If the sfx team determines...." 
2) There should also be some verbiage as to where to report trademark issues and a link to: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/legal/fraud-report/index.html
