We still have ~7 million users on Firefox 2.0.0.20 and are planning on issuing a major update. When we do that, we'd like to have a "why not upgrade?" one- or two-question survey linked to in the major update window (content area, since that's the best we can do). This bug tracks creating the survey.

http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/137614/firefox-2-0-0-20-major-update-survey We're not going to localize the survey. We'll get enough responses with en-US. If locales *want* to, they can and we'll publish them this Thursday when we push the major update, but I bet most are heads down with 3.5 work right now.
