Details

We still have ~7 million users on Firefox 2.0.0.20 and are planning on issuing a major update. When we do that, we'd like to have a "why not upgrade?" one- or two-question survey linked to in the major update window (content area, since that's the best we can do).

We're not going to localize the survey. We'll get enough responses with en-US. If locales *want* to, they can and we'll publish them this Thursday when we push the major update, but I bet most are heads down with 3.5 work right now.
