If I go to a dropdown (such as the OS entry on the new bug entry CGI), open it
and select something, the outline of the dropdown remains until I select another
widget.  Then the outline goes away.

FreeBSD, GTK widgets:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD 3.2-STABLE i386; en-US; m18) Gecko/20000810

It's been like this since at least July 1.
