Details

Enabling Weave seems to have a huge impact on new-window time. When I have weave disabled, I can create a new window by clicking on my Minefield icon, and it takes < 0.5s (I've never timed it, but it's short). Enabling Weave made new window time go to something like 2s - much slower, and annoying.
