From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98) BuildID: 2000080712 new windows do not come up maximised. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. have one window mazimized 2. ctrl-n for a new window 3. note that the window is as big as a mazimised window, but not maximised and is offset a few pixels
