Drag & drop (drag the image with the left mouse button) is also not possible, unlike in images embedded with <img> or <obejct>. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to URL or attachment 2 [review]. Try to rightclick / drag image Actual Results: nothing happens. Expected Results: An image context menu should appear. Dragging the image should be possible.

The context menu problem was fairly recently fixed, but not (yet) on Firefox 3. I don't know the reason, for it was a regression from Firefox 2. But on trunk and on Shiretoko it works fine again now. You can try it out: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/ Dragging this image only works in Google Chrome, but in none of the other browsers.
The bug for this is bug 424101. Wether it can or should land on 1.9.0.x should be asked there.
