It should appear only once. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Ensure "Remember passwords for sites" and "Use a master password" are turned on in the Security settings. 2. Open several tabs for pages that have password prompts on them. 3. Close Firefox and elect to save the session. 4. Reopen Firefox and elect to restore the session. Actual Results: Multiple Master Password prompts. Expected Results: One Master Password prompt.
