repro:
open FF
open a page with white backround
press ctrl+tab and let go
press the list all tabs button

result:
the background when you press the list all tabs button is far less transparent
In fact, the "all tabs" panel isn't transparent at all. I've disabled the transparency as it caused performance problems.
