Information needed by sumobot:
*Status of the queue (open, closed, full, or ready to open)
*Number of chats waiting in each queue

Optional information:
*A list of helpers signed in during the past 2 weeks

This information will let sumobot give more verbose status updates, letting people in #sumo know when live chat needs extra help.  The format of the file will probably be:

Default: 4
Advanced: 1
Trainees: 0

Attachment: Create an XML stats page

This adds an XML page to Fastpath for retrieving realtime workgroup statistics.  It also fixes the calculation of the average chat time, adds additional public functions for retrieving statistics, and corrects the default maxChats value to use maxChats instead of maxMaxChats.

Patch looks good. Workgroup changes clean it up nicely. I don't know if it would be hard to setup, but StatsServlet might be better as a Servlet + JSP as creating XML documents programatically is a bit verbose. Of course it has the benefit of being less fragile than hand coded XML in a JSP.

Nice work, I didn't test this patch, only reviewed via diff.

Ooops sorry.... looks good.  I'll get on updating sumobot to use it.
