488228 - Restore with Pref window open also opens about:config

If the Preferences window is open when the app is quit, then on relaunching the app not only is the Preferences window reopened, but so is the about:config window.

STR:

1. Start with only 1 mailbox window open
2. Open up the Preferences window (appname menu->Preferences)
3. Close app
4. Restart app

ER: Only mailbox window and Preferences window open on restart

AR: Mailbox window, Preferences window, and about:config opened

For those with initiative, this bug is fixed in the Penelope hg source code
depot: <http://hg.mozilla.org/penelope/rev/733c9692ec38>.

Otherwise you'll have to wait until the next release, Eudora 8 beta 7/Penelope
0.5a4.

I believe, as Jeff stated, this is fixed in 8.0b7.  Following the StepsToRecreate, I got the ExpectedResults.  I tried this with a couple of variations, since I didn't know if "only 1 mailbox window open", when in 2-pane view mode, meant:
  a) Only the "All Folders" window;
  b) The "All Folders" window and one mailbox window;
  c) Only one mailbox window.
In all cases, I didn't see any "about:config" window.

Shouldn't this be RESOLVED/FIXED ?
