User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) I saved tabs while closing FireFox (save and quit). I need to authenticate at proxy to start browsing again. Now when next time I open the browser, I am bombarded with as many proxy authentication windows/prompts as tabs saved. They don't go away even if I successfully authenticate on one of the sessions. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. should configure proxy authentication with no proxy password saving 2. open multiple tabs and open urls in them 3. select file->exit from menu 4. it asks if you want to save and quit. Now select save and quit 5. open the browser again 6. observe how many proxy authentication windows open Actual Results: I got to see as many proxy authentication request as the number of tabs it was trying to open. I had to close all of them manually. worst, it did not show me those pages in the tabs where authentication was not fulfilled. Expected Results: It should have prompted only once for proxy authentication irrespective of number of tabs open
