Actually, do we want to do this at all? It feels like it would make more sense to just wait until the new talos refimage is available, and then create 10 new pool-of-talos-slaves instead of created more dedicate-talos-slaves that will need to be migrated soon afterwards?

We're going to move ahead with this, since the try world is always sectioned off from the build world (in case of maliciousness) we don't share slaves between them.  Thus, having the pool of slaves would be no different than just building out the available slaves as we are proposing to do here.

So, on with the new machines.
