488413 - No space between paragraphs on Fx2EOL warning

In bug 477545, the Fx2EOL warning is displayed when viewing content for Firefox 2. The content block is two paragraphs, but there's no space displayed between the two paragraphs.

Chris: should there be, according to wiki content parsing?
In other words, is this a CSS issue or a block content issue?

There's an empty line between them in the content block, if that's what you're asking.
