for the featured designers, clicking on a specific design from the front page should set the design *and* navigate to their index page for that design.

note: 488490 has been filed to add a carousel widget for featured designers on the homepage, as we currently have for featured persaons.

to clarify, clicking on "featured designer" image will set and navigate to the designer detail page, being implemented through 488488. note also that partner designs that are featured will also be assigned a cleaner url through 488496.

Currently the featured designer is ANNASUI.Clicking on the persona "ANNASUI FLOWERS" under featured designed section,loads the designer page.
