488618 - Have breakpad scrape the Console for relevant log entries

We periodically have useful (non-ObjC exception, which Mozilla's crash reporter already picks up) Console messages directly associated with, or around the time of, a crash.  It would be great if we could scrape that info, too, and include it in the relevant notes field (app_notes?).

Note that Socorro doesn't have the capability to accept extra files in the submission, only the minidump file and additional data fields.

We can send them as part of the OS-related data sent in "app notes", like on http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/1990777b-3c95-4572-8f14-9e4b42090414

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
