white-space: nowrap wraps text (in a buggy fashon) even though the text 
sholdn't be wrapped except for <br> elements (and the likes). Steps to 
reproduce:

1. Load the supplied url.
2. Notice that the text "Three three three three (...)" is wrapped even though
   it has white-space: nowrap. (should only be one line)

The text is however only wrapped when the page is loaded. Changeing the size of 
the frame dosn't change the wrapping.

Tested on Win98SE with build 2000-08-09-08.
