488737 - no 3.0.x shark builds for a long time

Shaver was looking for a 3.0.x shark build today and discovered that we haven't produced one in awhile. I did some digging and it looks like they were disabled when we did the 3.0.x release, probably so they didn't interfere with that: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsview2.cgi?diff_mode=context&whitespace_mode=show&root=/cvsroot&subdir=mozilla/tools/buildbot-configs/automation/production-1.9&command=DIFF_FRAMESET&file=master.cfg&rev2=1.31&rev1=1.30

Patch incoming to turn them back on. In the meantime, I've kicked one that should show up in: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/experimental/shark-10.5/ when it's done.

Taking this, because it seems I'm the one that disabled them.

This should be: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/experimental/shark-10.4

I reconfig'de productions-1.9-master for this - builds should run nightly at 1am pst from now on.
