Browser tries to save file type of text/plain when accessing a non-existent
file. If the 'file' is saved, the browser crashes with 'Unknown error.'
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a non-existent file in the browser
Actual Results: A dialog prompts to save file of type text/plain
Expected Results: A dialog should inform that file does not exist
