First attached JPEG displays improperly in Mozilla, although it loads in Paint
Shop Pro, which I have used to save the second attachment.
Actual Results: Stripes.
Expected Results: As second attachment.
Additional Information:
Does not display properly in Communicator either.
Does not display at all in IE.
