This issue has been reported in so many threads and dismissed as resolved but it's baaaack!  I first noticed it about the second release of the 3.0 branch.  After several more releases came and went with no change to the symptom, I figured it was time to open a fresh bug thread.

This issue occurs regardless of how long the browser has been running, so it is not an initialization issue.

Additionally, if a link is right clicked for "Open Link in a new Window", the same problem appears in the new window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Do anything for any duration *except* clicking the Bookmarks menu item.
3. Clicking the Bookmarks menu item for the first time always pops up the "Page Bookmarked" window.
Actual Results:  
"Page Bookmarked" window is shown.

Expected Results:  
Display current list of bookmarks

I have hundreds of bookmarks HOWEVER they are organized inside of dozens of folders; so the dropdown list usually appears in a split second.
