If you select text in a window, drag it and then drop it onto the search field of another window it will lock the window onto which you dropped the text...
In Firefox 3.0.9 this bug doesn't occur.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the link in the URL field (opens a pop-up window)
2.Select text in the window
3.Drag the text
4.Drop the text onto the search field of the main window (i.e. the window the pop-up was opened from)
Actual Results:
(These results you get in Shiretoko 3.5b4pre)
It opens the search results in the pop-up window.
The window onto whose search field the text was dropped is locked (i.e. you can't switch tabs, open menus, click toolbar buttons,... anymore)
Expected Results:
(These results you get in Firefox 3.0.9)
It opens the search results in the window which contains the search field.
The window which contains the search field is not locked.

I was wrong it is reproducible in Firefox 3.0.9 as well.
But I noticed that if you try to minimize the pop-up after step 4* the browser goes completely crazy.
*in the description above I assumed that you don't minimize the pop-up window but just click onto the main window to try to switch tabs etc.
