Not sure if this is a problem in Mozilla Crash Reporter or in Firefox, but when Firefox crashes the Crash Reporter never seem get a dump file on Windows 2000.

Not even when crashing Firefox purposely with a bug that is sure to result crash dump on other operating systems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Firefox on Windows 2000
2. Crash Firefox purposely. E.g. Use Firefox 3.0.9 and Bug 489322
Actual Results:  
Mozilla Crash Reporter never gets a dump file.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla Crash Reporter should get dump file just like in other operating systems.
