The tabs busy indicator is fine, but the mouse pointer should change as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a webpage
2. click on a link or reload the page
Actual Results:
tab indicates busy, whereas mouse pointer is normal
Expected Results:
mouse pointer to be hourglass or spinner
I regard this as an important problem, since it changes the perception of the loading status. i.e. I see the mouse is a normal pointer and suppose the page has loaded.
