Pyrzak's students' research pointed out that the "Commit" button on enter_bug and show_bug probably could have a better name, and that "Commit" doesn't have a real meaning to most new users.

looks good. LP For full review. I wanted to say "create bug" instead of submit, but you're right, you're not creating it. You're submitting it, someone of higher authority says "Yes this is a bug".

"Save Changes" is slightly misleading because I'm not changing anything, just adding a comment. At least I still get to Commit an attachment edit ;-)
