hm, i thought this already existed, but i couldn't find it looking at the open keybd nav bugs (unless it's hidden under another component). found this using opt commercial bits, all platforms. to observe: take a look at the Go menu... on linux: the shortcut labels just say Alt+ on win32: the shortcut labels also just say Alt+ (! yes! shouldn't they be Ctrl+ at least?) on Mac: the shortcut labels are missing altogether.
pls fix soon; it's just plain silly-lookin'.
