MathML right and left angle brackets do not stretch.  They do not stretch with or without STIX Beta font installed.  Attached is an image showing the non-stretching. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit http://eyeasme.com/Joe/MathML/angle_brackets_bug.html
2. see the non-stretching of the angle brackets
3.
Actual Results:  
angle brackets do not stretch

Expected Results:  
angle brackets should stretch

For some reason only the angle brackets do not stretch, the other common
boundary symbols seem to stretch OK.
