Hi Jamey, This is a problem with Drupal core and it has not been resolved in Drupal 6. If the server is running slow and a user clicks on submit multiple times it can lead to multiple posts. The problem can also be simulated on your local server by rapidly hitting submit on a form post and slowing down gradually until the post has submitted. Best, Paul
