Based on Bug 436402 comment 0 there should be consistent padding on all sides of the dialog (left, right,top, bottom). This seems to be the case on XP but not on Vista/Win7. Atached screenshots coming for both XP & Win7

On Windows 7 the padding seem to be consistent. This could be closed WORKSFORME?
