User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090401 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Shiretoko/3.5b4pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090401 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Shiretoko/3.5b4pre

I was visiting several forums, in which I post topics, and, when I went to view these posts, I noticed that:
1. the posts in the forums were too wide for the browser window, which was fine.
2. there was no horizontal scroll bar shown to tell me that there was content being cut off, which was not fine. A note, when I pressed the arrow keys on my keyboard to attempt scrolling over, it worked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to URL
2.Wait for page to load. The browser does not show it, but it has basically right-aligned it self in regards to the site. there is no scroll bar.
3.attempt to use keyboard arrow keys and/or any other short cut to scroll horizontally. My keyboard arrow keys work when trying to scroll horizontally.
Actual Results:
The page scrolled horizontally when i pressed the arrow keys on my keyboard.

Expected Results:
There should have been a scroll bar or a "center align" as you might call it of the browser.
Version: unspecified → 3.5 Branch
The web page has requested no scrollbars:

html { overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: auto; }

That the arrow keys still work may be bug 295020
yes, I see what you mean. I believe this is just a duplicate of bug 295020. I will mark it as such.
