when cursor is positioned over a blue url link the bottom bar doesnt steadily
show the url it blinks between "Document: Done" and the url. i think if the page
has animated gifs on it like the example url does the status bottom bar will
behave like this.
this is in effect because server gets hit with continous requests when there's
animated gif's on a page, and that is bug 48546.
