The column sort indicator in RTL tree headers appears on the right side, but it should appear on the left side instead.
I looked into NS_THEME_TREEVIEW_HEADER_CELL drawing in nsNativeThemeCocoa.mm, but couldn't figure out how to change it in order to draw on the other side of the header...
