"bugs already reported today" is empty after midnight

Details
It would be better to offer "the last 24 hours" or "the last 50 bugs". A short
time after midnight the list is empty and doesn;t help anybody, especially when
the user is in a different time zone and doesn't even find out that it is a
midnight bug.
