We need a newer version of tar.exe on windows build slave in order to properly package up the unittests. See bug 383136 for details.
moz2-win2-slave* have been done (except for slave08).
The try slaves and reference image also need to be updated.

We deployed this on most of the machines already. AFAIK it still needs to go on the ref platform, try slaves, and win32-slave08.
It's intern work though ;-), we don't have OPSI in production yet.

The ref image was updated with tar.exe version 1.19.90 last week.
