Use consistent terms throughout the add-ons manager

Throughout the add-ons manager we use a number of different terms to mean the same or conflicting things. Like extension is often used when we are talking about all types of add-ons, or GUID is used since it used to be a real guid.
We should convert every use of GUID to plain ID.
Every instance of extension, theme, add-on, addon and item should be looked at and potentially converted to a standard name. I'm not yet sure whether item or addon is better for that. The latter has the benefit of being what we are actually calling these things to the user, however the former is actually a proper word and the add-ons manager doesn't actually manage all types of add-ons.
