493817 - Use sendmail on localhost for buildbot masters

This buys us some robustness for tinderbox mail if mail.build.mozilla.org (aka smtp.mozilla.org) is down or getting maintenance. We'd end up queuing mail on localhost rather than dropping it completely, preventing perma-yellow boxes on the tinderbox display or no build cell at all.

We set relayhost for TinderboxMailNotifier in a bunch of master configs, where the default is localhost. Plus configuring sendmail.

I don't think that's a useful substitution given Pulse isn't up and solid yet. Also haven't heard about any firm plan to deprecate tinderbox in favour of Pulse, and our log publishing on ftp isn't complete yet.

FWIW, it looks like the mail from to try push authors is already going through the local sendmail (based on /var/log/maillog) so the gap is the tinderbox mail. The point here is to buffer mail in the case of a network/dns/mailserver outage, so that we don't lose results.

No, I'm pretty sure try mail goes out through local sendmail already.
