When dealing with some users on live chat, sometimes they want an immediate answer to any question or problem.
Even if we give them full atention, research requires time, switching windows, etc.
I think that giving quick and good answers should be a top priority, so i suggest that saying "sumobot search clean cache" should give us a reply with the first result from SUMO.
In some cases, this would give us the correct article immediately, so it would be a matter of copy-pasting the link.
We already do this with some links for external websites/tools (sumobot enum process, sumobot spyware).
Extending this to the KB seems logical.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an angry person.
2. Try to solve the problem before she starts complaining
3. You can't. Consumer satisfaction, anyone???
Actual Results:  
Angry users.

Expected Results:  
Happy users.

This will take a while because I'll need to install REST::Google::Search on sumotools where it's well-nigh impossible to install perl modules without two hours of voodoo incantations.

yeah, there's no way to get REST::Google::Search installed.  This will have to wait on bug 484335

Blocking on URL rewrites since the search returns ugly URLs in the JSON results and it'd be better to hold this bug until we get clean URLs out.

I'm WONTFIXing this, since we don't have Live Chat at the moment and even if we decide to have one in the future it would be using different technology.
