49486 - Dropped URL gets loaded when it shouldn't

go to:
http://gemal.dk/
click on a link and drag it to the Location bar, now while still holding the 
link the dragged link turns correctly into a arrow with a small square attached 
to it, now while still holding the link, drag it into the document again.
Then you'd expect that the arrow with the square turned into a circle with a 
line across it, but it doesn't.
When you drop the link over some normal text the URL you started draging loads!
