1.) Visit the above URL, and click on the Start button. What is expected: A dialog box stating that the CA is already in the db. What happens: Nothing. Mac commercial M18 build 081804.
That cert should already be in your database. So the bug is that Mozilla doesn't give feedback when the CA is already in your db. If you want to try this out, delete the CA cert "Verisign/RSA Secure Server CA" from you db, and then try again. If that works, then change the bug to something about "Need to tell users CA cert is already in database."

If nothing happens, and the cert is already in your db, then it seems to me that other than some confusion, there is no real problem here. Marking nsbeta3-. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Verified worksforme, when the popup window is not blank, but that is Bug 50931.

unable to verify this since ther eis no PSM available for Mac Mozilla builds. Reopening to reresolve as WOrksforme. Bugs stay Resolved until they have been verified on both the branch and the trunk. After this bug has been verified ont he trunk please remove the vtrunk keyword.

Verified fixed in the 10/26 trunk build. I can open the Security Manager once after restarting the Mac.
