It appears that this video itself is out of sync, not our sync code. We see it being out of sync on Windows and Mac, but those platforms use different code paths for av sync. If I download the Ogg and play it back in WMP with Ogg codecs, or in VLC, it's still out of sync after seeking. So the video itself is out of sync, we're ok.
