Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) I had two active tabs: one for BankOfAmerica.com and the other tab for an e-commerce website. I was actively logged into BankOfAmerica.com (BofA) but working on the tab2 website ... specifically in Print Preview mode on tab2. BofA's website auto-timed out (security feature on their part) which redirects to their homepage. Despite being in Print Preview mode on tab1 at that exact moment, Firefox displayed the BofA homepage but retained the Print Preview buttons at the top of the screen. No tabs were visible or accessible. The CLOSE button (et al) ceased to function at this time. Only option was to close browser. As a result, I was not able to print the e-commerce purchase made on tab1. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open two tabs and visit two different website where the tab2 site will redirect after a minute or so. 2. Engage print preview on tab1 3. Wait for the site on tab2 to redirect Actual Results: No tabs were visible or accessible. The CLOSE button (et al) ceased to function at this time. Only option was to close browser. Expected Results: n/a Retained focus on current tab's print preview.

Apparently so; my apologies as I did a preliminary search of your buglist. Regardless, this bug persists, as of May 2009.
