We are about to need another license on trunk for Dan's patch in bug 495496. The information about the license is at <http://mattgemmell.com/license/>; it looks like we will need:
Includes “MAAttachedWindow” code by Matt Gemmell.
followed by the full text in the "Full Source Code License Text" section.

We should do this post-branching though; we don't want to list it in 2.0 since it won't actually be true there.
Unless we start branching Core files, thus losing the benefit of shipping on a stable Gecko without having to maintain it ourselves, we won't be able to have it in Camino.next and not in Camino 2.0
Which is not to say we can't just put it in about:license anyway, as there are tons of things in the about:license we shipt that we don't ship in Camino or particular versions of Camino.
I guess we should just do this in bug 495620 then?
Not that we've never before added license entries for code we've ended up not using, but have we reached a definitive decision that this new look is the way we want to go?
From skimming the header of the new class it looks like it's pretty versatile in terms of appearance, so I would guess that whatever we end up visually Dan will probably still want to use this class to make life easier.
FIXED by checkin for bug 495620, uh, a while ago.
