496370 - Delete SeaMonkey mozilla1.9.1a1 target milestone

When we reorganized components (nearly a year ago...), we retained a couple of target milestones to ensure data wasn't lost...

among them are:
mozilla1.9alpha4
mozilla1.9alpha5
mozilla1.9alpha6
mozilla1.9alpha7
mozilla1.9alpha8
mozilla1.9beta1
mozilla1.9beta2
mozilla1.9beta3
mozilla1.9beta4
mozilla1.9beta5

(you can't specify these versions, but you can search for them)

mozilla1.9.2a1 - three bugs

mozilla1.9.1a1 - zero bugs

I've just deleted mozilla1.9.1a1, and perhaps someday I'll be able to delete mozilla1.9.2a1.

I just have emptied mozilla1.9.2a1 and mozilla1.9 - and mozilla2.0 can be deleted as well (is already empty).

The whole group of mozilla1.9{alpha,beta}* results in a longer search results list, not sure if it makes sense to move those to something else (even though all those would probably go seamonkey2.0a1 as long as the product is even correct).

mozilla1.9{alpha,beta}* should be empty now as well and can be killed.

Oh, and can you set mozilla1.7final, mozilla1.8final and mozilla1.8.1 to a state where people can't set them on bugs and they are only available in search? That would help even more for cleaning up things :)

I think that's all we can do easily enough, so let's mark it fixed. Things surely look better now than before this bug :)
