On a large page that has alpha-blended elements and a "background-attachment: fixed;", the background image "tears" while scrolling, then jumps back into place.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any large page with alpha-blended DIVs and fixed background (e.g. Syntyx Forums http://syntyx.net/ocp/forum/pg/forumview).
2. Scroll up or down.
3. Notice how the background image "jumps"
Actual Results:
Jumpy background scrolling.
Expected Results:
Entire background moving at the same time.
