Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any large page with alpha-blended DIVs and fixed background (e.g. Syntyx Forums http://syntyx.net/ocp/forum/pg/forumview). 2. Scroll up or down. 3. Notice how the background image "jumps" Actual Results: Jumpy background scrolling. Expected Results: Entire background moving at the same time.
